Epic Armageddon City Table part X

         The project went cold. It has been long dead. The last update was 14 Oct 2014. Almost 3 years ago.

The idea stolen from some dude who did this for a GamesDay 15ish years ago

Well………….. I said it would happen, as it has happen to others!

The wife has the same look, when I start talking about a city table.
Who knows how much I originally sank into this project. As the boxes jumped out of storage “label city table.” I had to keep saying who bought all this shit? What the hell is in these boxes?

         The first tile up is the Church. It will sit on a hill or raised area. Something like the acropolis in Athens. Again………Except the hill’s purpose has changed. I am saving the other 3 sections of the hill for later.

6mm Desert terrain "pipes" part XIV

I started off using wall board paste. I was hoping it would dry unevenly, crack. Then give me some nice busted up, damaged chunks to create sections trashed be conflict.

Well after 3 days that shit is sort of dry. It also sticks to the blue stuff. All the online reviews said nothing stick to the blue stuff. Bullshit!

Next up is amazon sculpting epoxy. It turned out as expected.

I must have damaged the mold when cleaning the wallboard paste out. The mold was effected by the warm water and some detail got lost. Doesn’t matter so much as these will be suffering battlefield damage.

Moving Storage.

So there I was minding my own business. 

Uhaul send me 35 miles in the opposite direction to get a truck I ordered over a month ago. Delayed us by 2 hours. Then the help cries when they see the wall of storage. Its a 10x10x10 (really a 9×8.5×10), 1000SqFt.

We load the truck in an hour and a half. The artwork and tournament arms ride in the car for safety. Well sort of. Dad flipped them and place them upside down. (I am lazy 90% are not magnetized) Artwork made it.
26 footer through NJ. I have never been in the right hand lane on 287 south. WTF? Lanes come and go. Two lane on ramps, right lane becomes exit only. 
This thing sucks gas as if there was a hole in the tank. Plus it will not go faster than 75.
New storage is a 10×10. Gate key doesn’t work. I have an 8 number code, should be 9. Got the area manage on the phone as we were after hours. She gave me the special code, 6 numbers. Opened the door and just by looking at it you can tell it is small and not square. The size is porked.  It is 10 sneakers by 8 sneakers and only 8 feet high. All the shit does not fit! Today I will go and scream at the storage people. Then call Peg, the manager and work a Trump deal.
And finally fix the broken, not chipped, tourney armies that got flipped.
