Egyptian and Ancient terrain part III

        I continue my argument of scale. Now many are not lucky enough to travel or lucky enough to be deployed/stationed near such wonders. They are bigger than you could ever imagine. The size will turn you into a individual that would consider the alien theories. Onward……
This guy is more 3mm in scale.
 Here you you can see that the paw is almost 1.5 x a man’s height.
 A true to life model. And below proves true.

 This guy was label 28mm. Hmmmm. No wonder why it was so cheap. (side note; there are statues this size but none of horus)

Egyptian & ancient terrain. part II

Always included for size. As 98% of us, never have or ever will stand before the Sphinx.
         It took like 6ish years to do one city table. The last project being FW based. Well its FW,  with the key pieces parts being FW out of production items. The roads not being “TRUE”  and square forced a redo at least 3 times. Well, its FW.
       This time around no FW. The table will be ancient ruin based. Desert to river valley. Both Egypt and Babylonian structures fit the bill.  

         I scored a secret weapon tile table for 190.

Epic IFs Vs Sisters

 Best table around and 1.25 drinks. Can’t be beat. It was to be the PA group’s first gaming day. Some had travel issue, other work issues. It was just me and Kal again. Kal was test running the Sister’s list.

There is no battle report. I am worn out with the reports currently. I only want to play and have fun. Not worry about recording every step.

Warmaster Weekend "Terrain"

         This one and two other games out of Walley’s basement. Last year. Since then they were kicking around in the 10mm ancients box. Old Glory, old school. I got them 10 for 3. No clue to availability or price.

         Command stand and skirmish stand for size. Buildings are modern height, 8 foot ceilings. Other than that, I would say they are in size.

          These are JR dent-stone. Came with a lot I got off ebay. Some reason the flock had stratified. Same bag, but the last ones done turned bright green???
