Warmaster Weekend "sticks"

A sad effort on Super Bowl weekend. I spent half my time glueing dudes to sticks. Why? Because I can not count! I was short commanders, short spear dudes.

And then most of the dudes filling sticks were Epic dudes for the World Eaters.

As in these last pictures you can see the other half of my time was spent dicking around with the 3D printer.

The big accomplishment was cleaning out and selling. I sold my Italian epic Thunder Warriors, Custodial guards & Emperor army, and the Thousands Sons army. All bare lead from my collection. Most of the half painted Red Scorpions sold and I listed the forumware Space Wolves. None needed to go, but they all have been hiding in their original boxes. Hopefully they will now grace someone’s tabletop!

Pegasus printer

I kickstartered it while in Argentina way back in 2014ish. It was a total mule when it first came. There was an active forum and tech support by phone. Fast forward 5 years, with it sitting in cold storage for 3+ years and last night it almost became a door stop with boot print.
The USB port would not read the stick. I spent most of two days on the phone, web chat, and emails with what is now tech support. Lincoln the phone and email dude is most likely retarded in some fashion. He had me doing all sorts of bullshit not related to anything. At the end of the day he said; “Well Macs are not supported.”
My Mac could always see the printer. It could not update the firmware. My IBM or MS laptop could not see it at all. The MS laptop would lock up the print via the USB.
In the end a lady on web chat told me Lincoln is full of shit. Undo everything he told you. Reload the slicer on the MS laptop. Then upload firmware thru the micro USB.
Sweet baby jesus! Its alive and printing.

3D printer part

Fabtotum 5 axis

Lucky me! Some one in Cali was selling off parts via the Facebook group. I got a new cable. My free time yesterday was spent installing and putting it all back together. Everything went back together and powered on. No missing pieces or extra parts! Only the probe doesn’t work. I don’t think it will effect printing.
Today before the games I will try to get some test prints done. Then back to where I broke the cable, printing building panels.
